The Cunningham Memorial Library has used past donations to support and promote student success. The Library recently expanded access to group study rooms and added technology to support digital collaboration. The Library has promoted student writing and fine art by acquiring student works and providing incentive scholarships to promote student creativity. Equipment was also acquired to display student digital art in the library.
The Library also preserves ISU’s history to inspire future alumni pride in the institution. The Library maintains a large collection of Vigo County history as well. The Library also tracks and maintains the permanent art collection across campus. This includes work on the preservation of the Chorus of Trumpets statue.
The Public Services works to insure faculty, staff, students, and public patrons have access to accurate information for their professional and personal needs. Public Services provides individual and class instruction to assist in promoting research and information literacy skills to ISU students.
